Digging Deeper Seminar Series
On Track Training’s Digging Deeper series takes the basic info from the Contest Prep Seminar and breaks it down in to four increments: 8 weeks out, 4 weeks out, 1 week out and post contest. At each of these seminars, Christine Bongiovanni-Stiff will measure the body fat of attendees (optional, if you are having someone else regularly check this for you it’s not necessary), go over diet and training changes during the weeks covered at each seminar and answer individual attendees questions regarding their specific diet or training program. Seminars I-III will be followed by a group posing practice which attendees are encouraged to join; registering for both the seminar and posing practice together will save you $5. All experience levels are welcome, it is not necessary to attend all sessions (ie. if you were not at the DDI seminar, you are still welcome to attend DDII or DDIII!).

Get more detailed information on contest prep. We will concentrate on 8 weeks out prep but anyone prepping for a show is welcome! Seminar includes checking bodyfat, going over the changes needed to keep losing bodyfat and time to discuss and answer athletes specific questions.

1/2 hour-1 hour checking bodyfat
1/2 hour going over changes that should be made to diet & training
1/2 hour answering questions
Wear shorts or suit bottom and suit top or bra top (women) that will allow us to measure all skin folds to best determine body fat. To address the individual athletes diet and training questions, attendees must have a recorded diet history.

*$30 advanced registration required, seminar is limited to 15 attendees. Walk ups will not be accepted unless otherwise noted on our Facebook page.

Seminar includes checking bodyfat, going over last week specifics and time to discuss and answer athletes specific questions as well as posing if time allows.

Digging Deeper IV: Post Contest

A few weeks post contest, we will get together to discuss diet and training techniques for the improvement season that will help you make necessary changes to your contest physique. For those that have attended the previous seminars leading up to the show, this will act as a post contest consult. Whether you have just competed, are new to the sport or just want to get the most out of your gym time, this seminar will offer you valuable information.

On Track Training

On Track Training is run by Christine Bongiovanni-Stiff, Minnesota's first IFBB Pro Bodybuilder. Christine offers diet & training programs, group classes and seminars to help the physique competitor reach all their on stage (or off stage!) goals.
