PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED!! Walk-ups will not be accepted.
Group workout style will be designed based on where the registrants are in their training process and not all registrants need to be in the same place. Each athlete will get the type of workout needed for their particular circumstance.
If you are a beginner to these group workouts expect a more basic type of physique training so that Christine can make sure that you are incorporating good form in your unsupervised workouts.
The class will be lead by Christine Bongiovanni and is open to anyone. Clients enrolled in the monthly program can use 1 point for this class, for anyone not in the monthly program the class is $35.
Limited spots available, class minimum must be met. If not you will be given the option to still attend but at a higher rate (based on total participation) or class will be cancelled and all registered will receive a refund.
